I toured today with the leasing agent Destiny and the PM Christian. They were wonderful. Destiny was very knowledgeable and energetic. Will be doing the application today.

We have been here since the apartment complex opened in May of 2024, we have been through several apartment managers and other issues here but we are still here, management has always attended to any issues that we have had and under the current management, it has been alot better, they work diligently to make this a nice and safe place to live.

Had a tour with Destiny last week, and thought the place was really cool. It use to be a hotel and it was recently renovated! The lobby was so nice. There was music, snacks, drinks, I just loved the atmosphere.

The location is super convenient to everything in Raleigh and Destiny is the best very helpful always nice and a wonderful person to deal with!!

I liked the building when I toured. They had snacks, candies, offered me coffee, and was very clean. Destiny and Christian were very kind, helpful, and professional!! They answered every question I had and made my touring experience fun. Strongly considering moving in after Christmas! 🎄
