I would love to say how happy I am with the new management team. Christian and Destiny are amazing, always welcoming and eager to help, very friendly and approachable. They are doing well with maintaining the property and doing a great job cleaning the place up. It’s a great community to live in.

Took a tour recently with Destiny & Chris, the Harrison is a gorgeous place that’s clearly well maintained. Chris & Destiny were lovely to work with, they were very professional and kind. They made me feel right at home, would definitely recommend!

I toured today with the leasing agent Destiny and the PM Christian. They were wonderful. Destiny was very knowledgeable and energetic. Will be doing the application today.

We have been here since the apartment complex opened in May of 2024, we have been through several apartment managers and other issues here but we are still here, management has always attended to any issues that we have had and under the current management, it has been alot better, they work diligently to make this a nice and safe place to live.

Had a tour with Destiny last week, and thought the place was really cool. It use to be a hotel and it was recently renovated! The lobby was so nice. There was music, snacks, drinks, I just loved the atmosphere.

The location is super convenient to everything in Raleigh and Destiny is the best very helpful always nice and a wonderful person to deal with!!
